These terms govern the use of the ReadyPass platform operated by ReadyPass Kft. and the related services.
The Service Provider
The service is provided by ReadyPass Kft. (registered office: 2161 Csomád, Levente utca 14/a; company registration number: 13-09-216457; tax number: 27845619-2-13).
Service Description
ReadyPass provides enterprise software for creating, managing, and sharing EU-compliant Digital Product Passports (DPPs).
User Account
You are responsible for keeping your account access credentials secure and for all activity carried out under your account. You must notify us without delay if you suspect any unauthorized access.
Data Ownership
The product and manufacturing data you upload to the platform remain your property. ReadyPass Kft. processes it solely to the extent necessary to provide the service.
Service Level
The availability guarantees set out in the applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA) apply to the cloud services.
Limitation of Liability
ReadyPass provides compliance tools but does not guarantee any specific official or regulatory outcome. The user is responsible for statutory compliance.
Governing Law
These terms and the use of the service are governed by Hungarian law and the applicable EU legislation. In the event of a dispute, the Hungarian courts have jurisdiction.
